Characteristics and history of Freedom Society Coffee

My journey with coffee began in 2010, as a barista at the popular Segafredo Zanetti chain in Mexico. From that moment on, I was captivated by the story behind every coffee bean, every cup in people's hands.
And speaking of people, they are the most important part of this process. From the moment of sowing, through cultivation, and throughout the entire process until it reaches the most discerning palate.
Our coffee is grown at Finca Nueva América, located in the Chiapas Biosphere Reserve, one of the most privileged locations for this activity in Mexico.
The coffee is grown at more than 1,400 meters above sea level , making it a high-altitude bean that balances acidity, aroma, and body .
Variety of coffee beans
Here, three main beans are grown, which, according to World Coffee Research, have the following particular characteristics.
Bourbon
Caturra

Typica
